Bill Ward is the proud founder of EZ Flow Plumbing, a trusted name in Austin, Round Rock, Pflugerville, and surrounding areas for over 16 years. A U.S. Navy veteran, Billy began his plumbing career in 1984 aboard the USS Ogden LPD-5 where he spent four years repairing critical piping systems and fire suppression equipment before receiving an honorable discharge.
In 1988, Bill welcomed his first child, Amanda, and returned home to El Paso, TX to be closer to family. Over the next 12 years, he honed his craft with a major plumbing company, specializing in hydro-jetting, video inspection, and advanced plumbing solutions. During this time, Bill and his wife Maria welcomed two more children, Megan and William. While Bill worked to support the family, Maria earned her software engineering degree from UTEP and went on to join IBM, which eventually brought the Ward family to Austin, TX.
After years of commercial plumbing work in Austin, Bill made a bold move: with a $5,000 gold coin and a used van gifted by his father-in-law, he launched EZ Flow Plumbing in 2009. What started as a one-man operation has grown into a thriving company with seven skilled employees, four fully stocked service vans, a high-powered hydro-jetter, and state-of-the-art video camera inspection and line locating diagnostic equipment.
Today, Bill isn’t just a master plumber – he’s also a proud grandfather of two and owner of a 100-pound black lab named Ace who joins him for work most days and has become a favorite to our regular customers. With decades of hands-on experience, military discipline, and a strong commitment to family and community, Billy has built EZ Flow Plumbing on a foundation of reliability, honesty, and expert workmanship
